How will William Jefferson Clinton, the 42nd President of the United States, be remembered?

Dr. Art English, professor of political science at the University of Arkansas-Little Rock says, “I think he'll be viewed as a good president. And not as a great one because I think the scandals did hurt."

The scandals started even before Clinton was elected president. During the 1992 campaign, Gennifer Flowers said she'd had a 12-year affair with then Gov. Bill Clinton, leading to the Clintons' famous appearance on "60 Minutes" when Bill Clinton said, “I have acknowledged wrongdoing. I have acknowledged causing pain in my marriage."

Flowers’ accusations regarding Clinton's infidelity weren't the first, and wouldn't be the last.
